Shipping Information

Standard shipping is complimentary within the US. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of cleared payment via EMS/FedEx/UPS/USPS. Tracking is included with each order. Please contact us if you have a preferred method of shipment. Average transit time with USPS is 2-7 business days for domestic orders and 10-15 business days for international orders. Expedited shipment is available through FedEx or UPS, just contact us for a price quote. 

To our international customers: please be aware that your shipping charge does not include any VAT, import fees, and charges that you may incur. Verseau Vintage is not responsible for these additional fees. Returns are not accepted due to custom fees. 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the second-hand nature of the items all sales are considered final. Each garment is carefully measured and inspected with alterations and visible flaws noted in the description. We cannot accept refunds for fit and small imperfections. However, if you think an item has been grossly misrepresented in the listing, please don't hesitate to contact us within two business days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a customer return number and return address.

If an exchange or refund is agreed upon, please send the item in the same condition as it was delivered to you within 7 business days (15 for international customers). Items that have been altered, damaged, or worn will not be accepted and the item will be sent back at the expense of the buyer. Please insure the package as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return process.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances. 

All computer monitors have different settings and the color shown on yours may vary from the actual item. Please contact us if you are unsure if the color displayed on your monitor is accurate. 

Sale and Clearance items are sold AS IS and is non-returnable.
